JEP 401: Value Objects (Preview) merged to OpenJDK master
Summary
OpenJDK pull request 31120 implements the first preview of JEP 401: Value Objects (Preview) and includes JEP 539: Strict Field Initialization in the JVM (Preview). The master PR coordinates cross-cutting work across language, JVM, and standard library, with extensive reviewer and contributor participation and a process to sign off and merge into jdk/master.
