Kagi Ends Orion Browser Development for Linux, Will Open-Source It
Summary
Kagi ends Orion Browser development for Linux and Windows, and will open-source both versions and hand them over to the community. The Linux beta will continue to function but won't receive updates after October 2, 2026, due to limited resources. The code release aims to keep the project alive via community maintainers rather than direct company support.
